Energy Star

Our Energy Star rated window air conditioners exceed the Energy Star standard and feature the newer and more efficient R-410A refrigerant. Each Energy Star model is equipped with electronic controls, programmable thermostats, two energy saving modes, and a programmable timer to automatically turn the air conditioner on and off every day. You can literally "set it and forget it” until you need to change the settings.

Heat Pump

Heat pump air conditioners offer the best of year round comfort and energy efficiency. Instead of using energy to “create” heat, heat pumps “create” heat by moving it from the cool air outdoors to inside a room or building. Heat pumps can move heat from air all the way down to 0 degrees F. Because of their ability to move heat, heat pumps can produce up to 4 times more heat than standard electric heaters while consuming less energy. When the air outside is too cold for a heat pump to move heat, our backup electric strip heater will turn on to provide instant warmth. The strip heater will turn on when the heat pump starts to work less efficiently. This combination of two heating technologies ensures comfort and optimizes energy consumption. Each heat pump model features electronic controls, a programmable thermostat and timer, and a remote control to operate the unit from anywhere in the room.

All Heat and Cool models are available with simple mechanical controls or Digital Electronic controls with remote. The powerful electric strip heater is much more powerful than a standard electric heater and provides instant heat whenever it is needed. Each model uses the new eco-friendly R-410A refrigerant. Electronic models feature programmable thermostats, timers, and and easy to use remote control to operate the air conditioner from anywhere in the room.
